You may request permanent deletion of your FITSTRONG account and associated personal information.
How to request deletion
Email maaike@fitstrongsa.com from the email address associated with your FITSTRONG account and use the subject line FITSTRONG Account Deletion Request.
Please include your name and the email address used for your FITSTRONG account so that the request can be verified.
What will be deleted
Once your identity and request have been verified, FITSTRONG will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, including where applicable:
- account and profile information;
- training history and workout records;
- nutrition records;
- body measurements and body-composition records;
- progress photographs;
- pain notes, fatigue records and workout comments; and
- other personal information associated with the account.
Information that may need to be retained
Limited information may be retained where required for legitimate legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes. Information retained for those purposes will not continue to be used for normal FITSTRONG coaching or app services.
